If your behind the ear aid has a cracked or broken case: add $60
Custom in the ear instruments with shell or faceplate damage: add $80
If you want a repaired/replacement or loaner aid sent out immediately: add $25

Due to some parts unavailability, we may not be able to repair aids over 7 years old. Please allow about two (2) weeks for normal repairs*.

*NOTE: In some extenuating circumstances, repairs make take longer than two (2) weeks. Please feel free to call us for an update.
Besides top-quality repairs for our own Lloyd hearing instruments, we can also repair any brand, make or model you may have. Rates are the same as above.

How To Mail Your Aid To Lloyds

Package the hearing aid in a sturdy box. Be sure to include a note with your name, address, daytime phone number, customer number (if available) and description of any problems, or use our Repair Form which you may print and send in to Lloyds along with your repair.

For your own protection, we suggest using a trackable, insurable service such as: US Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx Ground, or other similar option.
